If you email or message me directly (for example by email, phone or WhatsApp), I receive the details you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, certain technical information is collected, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and when, and the website that referred you. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).
3. How I use your information
- To read and reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible collaboration.
- To operate, secure and maintain the website, and to prevent spam and abuse.
- To understand how visitors use the site so I can improve it.
- To meet legal obligations, where they apply.
I do not sell your personal information, and I do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. Legal basis (where data-protection law applies)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another region with similar laws, I rely on: your consent (for optional analytics cookies and when you choose to send me a message); my legitimate interests in running and securing this website and responding to business enquiries; and, where you ask me to take steps before entering into an agreement, the performance of a contract.
5. Cookies and analytics
This site uses a website analytics and marketing service provided by HubSpot. When you visit, HubSpot may set cookies and collect usage information such as your IP address, pages visited and the referring website, so that I can understand traffic to the site. You can read how HubSpot handles data in its own privacy policy.
The site and its plugins may also set strictly necessary cookies needed for the site to work (for example, to keep a logged-in administrator signed in). You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can block them entirely, although parts of the site may then not work as intended.
6. Who I share information with
I share personal information only with service providers that help me run the site and handle enquiries, and only as needed:
- Web hosting and WordPress — the site is hosted and run on WordPress; the hosting provider processes technical data and form submissions on its servers.
- Email provider — contact-form messages are delivered to my email inbox (Gmail, provided by Google).
- HubSpot — website analytics, as described above.
- Akismet — a spam-filtering service that may be used to check submissions and comments for spam.
I may also disclose information if required by law or to protect my rights, safety or property.
7. International transfers
I am based in Ukraine and the services above may process data in other countries, including the European Union and the United States. Where required, I rely on the safeguards offered by those providers, such as standard contractual clauses.
8. How long I keep information
I keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to respond and to keep reasonable business records of our communication, and then delete them. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the analytics provider. If you ask me to delete your information, I will do so unless I need to keep it for legal reasons.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal information I hold about you; ask me to correct or delete it; object to or restrict how I use it; withdraw your consent at any time; receive a copy of your information in a portable format; and complain to your local data-protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email yuliiazavhorodniawork@gmail.com. I may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
